The Philosophy~
Body Mind Alchemy is the result of a diligent search in how to heal naturally. A Holistic Health model designed to harmonize Mind & Matter. We compassionately dissolve the thoughts, emotions (attachments) that keep an issue in place. When you learn how to process and manage your life as energy, life flows naturally.
Getting the right guidance & support at the right time can be life saving. We live in an open loving universe with no end to our growth. My focus is to guide and support you in restoring your 'Life force' or Spirit. This work is both Educational & Transformational.
The Technique~
I begin by looking inward to your energy field. Then together we dissolve what is in the way of your health and happiness. Technically we are replacing the old energy w/ new, clear energy. How long it takes and how long the healing lasts, is up to you. Divine timing is always done w/ compassion & wisdom. Some issues clear instantly, just by bringing it into the light, while other long term conditions/trauma make take more time.
My Coaching program is for those who want to make changes in their life;
Career, transitions, relationship, health, pain patterns, emotional stability, & more. Together w/ spirit, I support and guide you in reaching your goal. You will learn how to get into alignment and apply these transformational tools in your life. We will untangle what is in the way of living your purpose!
My gifts are about bridging what is possible with your practical reality.
I use a combination of Intuitive/Psychic , Transformational Coaching, Transpersonal Hypnosis, Guided Meditation (Channeling) & Mediumship.

Join us to experience Nania's signature Guided meditation for a Whole Body Realignment & Re-Set.
Learn to channel & journey inward for healing and wisdom. We use a combination of Energy Medicine, Breath, Visualization & Transpersonal Hypnosis.
Members report improved health, mood & light body activations. Join the Light Worker community!

Healing Support Group (Navigating life as a Sensitive)
1st & 3rd Sunday of the month 6:30-8pm
This is a supportive safe space where we listen empathically to ourselves & each other to become more present in our bodies & more comfortable in daily life. You will gain practical tools for self healing through an inner perspective, while building a strong commitment to self care & recovery.
We will journey inward together for healing, guidance & trust to live a more congruent, balanced life.
Transformation happens in a safe community when boundaries & intentions are respected.
