The Philosophy~
Body Mind Alchemy is the result of a diligent search in how to heal naturally. A Holistic Health model designed to harmonize Mind & Matter. We compassionately dissolve the thoughts, emotions (attachments) that keep an issue in place. When you learn how to process and manage your life as energy, life flows naturally.
Getting the right guidance & support at the right time can be life saving. We live in an open loving universe with no end to our growth. My focus is to guide and support you in restoring your 'Life force' or Spirit. This work is both Educational & Transformational.
The Technique~
After the connection is made by going inward, I can see/feel the blockages in your energy field. We begin to dissolve them through an inner process where we dissolve what is in the way of your health & happiness.
Technically we are replacing the old energy w/ new, fresh energy. How long does it take? How long will (the healing) last? That is up to you. Some things clear instantly just by bringing it to light (consciousness), while others may take longer; chronic illness, trauma etc.
My Coaching program teaches you how to get into & stay in alignment. The good news is; Spirit fills in that open space w/ your intention for embodiment. The shift is palpable. Whether you are in mental, physical or emotional pain or just out of balance, this work targets the core issues so that health & well being is restored. I use a combination of Intuitive/Psychic methods from Spirit, Transpersonal Hypnosis, Guided Meditation (Channeling), Transformational Coaching, Clairvoyance, & Mediumship.

Learn to channel & journey inward for healing and wisdom. We use a combination of Energy Medicine, Breath, Visualization & Transpersonal Hypnosis.

1st & 3rd Thursdays of the month 6:30-7:30/8pm
This is a space for deep inner work to strengthen our foundation & build community. We practice empathic listening & increase Bodymind Awareness. Gain skills for navigating life through recovery & trauma. We will use specific Mind Body processes & meditation. Transformation happens in a safe community when boundaries & intentions are respected.
